Rebecca helps people connect deeper to their sense of self through energy healing, yoga and meditation as a Reiki Master Teacher and Yoga Instructor. Rebecca’s mission is to be of service by helping others reignite their faith in a higher power and love within.

Rebecca is also the facilitator of Cultivating Conscious Community, an online space created for women to establish meaningful connections while deepening their spirituality practices and empowering one another for their individual and collective growth and expansion.

The ability to channel the Reiki energy is passed from Master to Student. A Reiki Master's lineage can be traced back to Dr. Usui himself, the founder of Reiki.
