Energy alignment sessions were given at Create Your Phase to welcome Summer Solstice. We embraced movement, stillness, sound, creativity, & community at Vineyard Hacienda in Jamul, CA.

I loved Revive & Receive! It's exactly what I needed this week as I am creating new aspects of my program and hiring new people onto my team. It can be so overwhelming so to be able to slow down and be heard by other people who understand me and where I'm at is so refreshing. That slowing down is always when the best ideas and insights come to me so I would love to make something like that part of my routine! I'm excited for future events y'all do :)
