In this training, you will experience a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. Learn the history of Reiki in the Usui Reiki Master Lineage, the body's main energy centers, and subtle energy techniques. Receive the basic fundamentals of how to work with life force energy to heal yourself and others to live a more balanced and aligned life.
